What to expect
Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big decision, but support is available every step of the way. We’ll start with a free 15-minute consultation where you can share what’s on your mind, ask questions, and get a feel for how I work. There’s no commitment—just a chance to see if this feels right for you.
If we move forward, our first full session will be a 50-minute intake. I’ll ask about your experiences, what’s been challenging, and what you hope to get from therapy. We’ll begin shaping a plan to help you feel more in control, less overwhelmed, and more like yourself.
Therapy isn’t a one-size-fits-all process. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, or something else, we’ll find an approach that fits you.
Individual Therapy (16+)
$200/session
I offer in-person therapy at my Brooklyn Heights office. Sessions are 50 minutes and typically held weekly. Daytime and evening appointments are available, depending on scheduling.
I am an out-of-network provider with most insurances and provide documentation for reimbursement. If you're unsure about coverage, I can help you navigate the process.
Couples Therapy
$250/session
Like individual therapy, couples therapy sessions are 50 minutes and typically held weekly. I welcome couples of all backgrounds, relationship structures, and stages—whether you're looking to strengthen your connection, navigate conflict, rebuild trust, or improve communication. Therapy provides a space to work through challenges and gain tools to support a healthier, more fulfilling relationship.
Telehealth
$200/session
Online therapy is very similar to an in-person session, except more accessible and convenient. I use a HIPAA-complaint telehealth platform to protect your privacy. Telehealth has proven to be as effective as in-person therapy. And you can do it from your office or on your couch in your pajamas.
